Business Policies Payment is due for each treatment at time of service. Cash and personal checks are accepted. When paying by check, please make it payable to the electrologist providing the service. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 service charge. To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Clients running late will be charged for the full time of the appointment they booked. Appointments are booked for each client individually and time may not be shared between two clients. Every effort will be made to accommodate your scheduling needs. Telephone Messages In order to demonstrate our commitment to our clients, every effort will be made to personally answer your phone calls. If for any reason, we are away from the phone, please leave a message with your name, request, and phone number and your call will be returned promptly. We check messages frequently. To Add to Your Experience with us Complimentary flowers are available to each client each visit. Relax with our soothing music, or bring your own favorite tunes. Gift Certificates are available.
